With your order number, the item(s) you wish to Cancel and the reason for the return during working hours (From Saturday to Thursday from 9 am to 7 pm( and within 1 days of having placed it.

The cancellation department will follow up on your request within 10 working days.

Once your Cancellation request is approved, you will receive an email with instruction.

If your return satisfies the conditions of this Returns and Refund Policy, we will issue your refund to you using your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that the duration is in accordance to the relevant applicable laws in your country, and in case of offers, special conditions are to be applied.

If you paid by credit or debit card, and you cancel in accordance with this clause, we will cancel the authorization or process the refund transaction (as the case may be) as soon as possible but we are not responsible for how long this will reflect on your account as this depends on the processing procedures Banking.

مع رقم طلبك، السلعة (المنتجات) التي ترغب في إلغائها وسبب الإرجاع خلال ساعات العمل (من السبت إلى الخميس من الساعة 9 صباحًا حتى 7 مساءً) وخلال يوم واحد من تقديمها.

سيقوم قسم الإلغاء بمتابعة طلبك خلال 10 أيام عمل.

بمجرد الموافقة على طلب الإلغاء، ستتلقى رسالة بريد إلكتروني تحتوي على التعليمات.

إذا كانت عودتك تستوفي شروط سياسة الإرجاع واسترداد الأموال هذه، فسنقوم بإعادة أموالك إليك باستخدام طريقة الدفع الأصلية الخاصة بك خلال 10 أيام عمل.
