Warranty.

Barcode jackets Co Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Jordanian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the Product and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Products repaired or replaced if the Products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure (the 'Warranty').

Barcode Jacket offers two types of guarantees:

5-year warranty on the quality of leather and fabric against any manufacturing defects.

A 10-day warranty on any defect in the manufacturing process and writings placed on the product, subject to reviewing the information provided by you.

You may make a claim under this clause (“Warranty Claim”) for defects in materials and workmanship in the Products within 10 days from the date of receipt of your order (“Warranty Period”).

We do not accept the return of products for change-of-mind or inaccurate order details provided

As your product has been designed and manufactured specifically for you, we are unable to remake or refund items due to change-of-mind or inaccurate order details provided

For this reason, we strongly urge you to carefully check all details before placing your order.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for ordering the wrong size. Please make sure you carefully follow the instructions to find your size.

Our products are designed , which due to fit requirements, are available in Men's and Women's sizing.

Our women's fit jackets are designed with a slightly wider chest and hip area, creating an hourglass silhouette.

Our men's fit jackets have a straighter cut that provides a more streamlined, boxy look, along with more room in the shoulders.

We encourage you to choose the size that best fits your personal style and how you want the jacket to fit, regardless of gender.

In order to make a Warranty Claim during the Warranty Period, you must provide proof of purchase to Barcode jackets Co showing the date of purchase of the Products, provide a description of the Products and the price paid for the Products by

When a warranty claim is accepted, Barcode Jackets Co. will, at its sole discretion, repair any defective products or part thereof with a new or remanufactured equivalent within a period not to exceed 14 business days at no charge to you for parts or labor.

If you are outside Jordan (the company’s location), you acknowledge and agree that you will be solely responsible for providing the product to the company’s location, and any postal or shipping costs incurred in order to bring the product or return it in order to facilitate the warranty claim.

The Warranty shall be the sole and exclusive warranty granted by Barcode jackets Co and shall be the sole and exclusive remedy available to you in addition to other rights and under a law in relation to the Products to which this warranty relates.

The Warranty does not apply to any appearance of the supplied Products nor to the additional excluded items set forth below nor to any supplied Products where the exterior of which has been damaged or defaced, which has been subjected to misuse, abnormal service or handling, or which has been altered or modified in design or construction.

Any natural marks on garments, i.e. e.g. some products, specifically those made of plastic & leather will have naturally occurring scratches, scuff marks and blemishes from the manufacturing process which are considered normal and acceptable.

تأتي منتجات شركة باركود سترات مع ضمانات لا يمكن استبعادها بموجب قانون المستهلك الأردني. يحق لك الحصول على بديل أو استرداد الأموال في حالة حدوث عطل كبير في المنتج والتعويض عن أي خسارة أو ضرر آخر يمكن توقعه بشكل معقول. يحق لك أيضًا إصلاح المنتجات أو استبدالها إذا فشلت المنتجات في أن تكون ذات جودة مقبولة ولا يرقى الفشل إلى مستوى الفشل الكبير ("الضمان").

يقدم Barcode Jacket نوعين من الضمانات:

ضمان 5 سنوات على جودة الجلد والقماش ضد أي عيوب تصنيع.

ضمان لمدة 10 أيام على أي خلل في عملية التصنيع والكتابات الموضوعة على المنتج، بشرط مراجعة المعلومات المقدمة من قبلك.

يمكنك تقديم مطالبة بموجب هذا البند ("مطالبة الضمان") عن العيوب في المواد والصناعة في المنتجات خلال 10 أيام من تاريخ استلام طلبك ("فترة الضمان").

نحن لا نقبل إرجاع المنتجات لتغيير الرأي أو تقديم تفاصيل طلب غير دقيقة

نظرًا لأن منتجك قد تم تصميمه وتصنيعه خصيصًا لك، فلا يمكننا إعادة تصنيع العناصر أو استرداد ثمنها بسبب تغيير الرأي أو تفاصيل الطلب غير الدقيقة المقدمة

لهذا السبب، نحثك بشدة على التحقق بعناية من جميع التفاصيل قبل تقديم طلبك.

نحن لا نقدم استرداد الأموال أو الاستبدال عند طلب مقاس خاطئ. يرجى التأكد من اتباع التعليمات بعناية للعثور على مقاسك.

تم تصميم منتجاتنا، والتي نظرًا لمتطلبات الملاءمة، متوفرة بمقاسات الرجال والنساء.

عندما يتم قبول مطالبة الضمان، ستقوم شركة Barcode Jackets Co.، وفقًا لتقديرها الخاص، بإصلاح أي منتجات معيبة أو جزء منها بما يعادله جديدًا أو مُعاد تصنيعه خلال فترة لا تتجاوز 14 يوم عمل دون أي رسوم عليك مقابل قطع الغيار أو العمالة.

إذا كنت خارج الأردن (موقع الشركة)، فإنك تقر وتوافق على أنك ستكون المسؤول الوحيد عن توفير المنتج إلى موقع الشركة، وأي تكاليف بريدية أو شحن تتكبدها من أجل إحضار المنتج أو إعادته لتسهيل الأمر مطالبة الضمان.

يجب أن يكون الضمان هو الضمان الوحيد والحصري الذي تمنحه شركة Barcode Jackets Co ويكون العلاج الوحيد والحصري المتاح لك بالإضافة إلى الحقوق الأخرى وبموجب القانون فيما يتعلق بالمنتجات التي يتعلق بها هذا الضمان.

لا ينطبق الضمان على أي مظهر للمنتجات الموردة ولا على العناصر الإضافية المستثناة الموضحة أدناه ولا على أي منتجات موردة تعرض الجزء الخارجي منها للتلف أو التشويه أو تعرض لسوء الاستخدام أو الخدمة أو التعامل غير الطبيعي، أو التي تم تغييرها أو تعديلها في التصميم أو البناء.

أي علامات طبيعية على الملابس، على سبيل المثال. بعض المنتجات، وخاصة تلك المصنوعة من البلاستيك والجلد، ستحتوي على خدوش وعلامات جرجر وعيوب تحدث بشكل طبيعي نتيجة لعملية التصنيع والتي تعتبر طبيعية ومقبولة.
